Lovely location; efficient check-in. The staff here was very knowledgeable - exceptional service & helpful communication. There was lots of food, in general it was decent. My experience at this well-maintained hotel was very positive.

It's decent place for sightseeing and exploring Hamilton. The bed was comfy and there was free Wi Fi. It is set in the heart of the city. The restaurant was located within 300 metres.

So close to first ontario centre, 15 minutes' walk to Hamilton GO Centre train station. During our stay we visited jackson square that was 5 minutes on foot...
